Decided to walk in to get an old game i used to play as a child . Checked the disc and was totally scratched. I don’t know his name but the worker offered to surface clean the disc and we found a cleaner disc in another section and cheaper . The worker then proceeded to tell us next time we have to purchase the game before cleaning it because the store gets busy when he was cleaning glass and the shop was empty and he was having a conversation with a customer about the anime that was playing on the tv not actually helping anyone on the store. Horrible customer service . And bad attitude.

Store was nice, and associate was friendly. Fair amount of anime and Pokémon. A lot of older consoles and games. The old cabinet games weren't allowed to be played and were blocked off. :( Just note that they don't buy any Pokémon cards, and they dont allow price negotiations on anything. Signage says just the games but the "managers policy" is no negotiations regardless on what it is, which was disappointing.

Bought about 25 games, and they resurfaced all of the games for me! Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we chatted while he worked hard on my games. 100% the best experience I've had at a game store!

This is the 2nd time I explored this VGTP store. It has the potential to become a way better store, but it comes short. Prices are not always displayed on the games. All PS1 games are hidden behind a glass counter, which is an inconvenience. No Sega Saturn games??? Small quantities of Dreamcast games and once again hiding behind a glass counter. Small quantities of GameCube, Nes, Geneis, Nintendo 64 were in the isles but not enough. Huge library of Xbox games. (The store owner must be an Xbox fan) PS2 games are okay but insufficient and lacking rare titles. The center isle has a dedicated row of toys and which honestly is a waste of valuable space. Plush toys and etc, should be pushed towards the cashier end to entice people to buy last-minute items. The left side of the store was used for unpopular items. Dvds/blurays were OK, but it needed more anime. Board games gotta go. Gaming retro magazines was a 😮 very original 💡 idea. I recommend a combo game sale of magazines/books or toys. Buy 2 get something free. Just my 2 cents. Pinball machines should be replaced with racers, shooters, and beatem up arcades. I recommend gaming stations to test out retro games to be sold. Lastly, the hugest disappointing blow to this store is a lack of Import games. Especially PS2, PS1. The store displays consoles of all regions but lacks import games? Overall, once again, it's a good store better than any gamestop. However It's just a shame that the space is not being utilized to its fullest potential. ✌️

This location looks new and had some good games behind the glass by the counter. They had reasonably priced games such as the FF7 PS1. The only issue with this location is there were walls of Maddens and random sports games that should be in a clearance bin instead of propped up on display. Good example of this is their Broadway location, where they propped up mid-tier but low key titles that people wouldn't otherwise have found elsewhere.
