📅 Featured Summer Movie Schedule
Catch free summer movies under the stars on the lawn at the Tanner Park Bandshell in Copiague. All movies begin after sunset and are open to the public. Bring your chairs, blankets, and snacks!

🧘 Beach Yoga & Bocce
Spring starts strong with Beach Yoga at Overlook Beach and the Learn to Play Bocce Camp at Tanner Park. Registration opens in April for both!
👶 Parent & Tot Series
From March through November, the Parent & Tot Program provides enriching activities like music, crafts, and storytime across five seasonal series.
💦 Aquatics: Learn, Swim, and Guard
Kids aged 3–15 can join the Learn-to-Swim Program at Town pools. Teens and adults can progress into Lifeguard Readiness or Fitness Swimmer programs. Aspiring lifeguards can take American Red Cross certification courses, while younger residents may enroll in Junior Lifeguard Ocean Rescue.
🏖️ Beach Time and Bay Adventures
With the restoration of Overlook Beach complete, enjoy sun and sand all summer. Try sailing lessons at Tanner Park Marina or launch your kayak at one of the marked routes around the Great South Bay.
🏀 Get in the Game: Sports Camps and Leagues
- 🏀 Summer Basketball League (Ages 9–12) – Tanner & Wyandanch Parks
- ⛳ Golf Clinics for kids and adults – Cedar Beach Golf Course
- 🏓 Pickleball & Tennis Lessons – Tanner Park, Phelps Lane, Venetian Shores
- 🏒 Roller Hockey Camp – Begins in July
🎶 Free Summer Concert Series
The Town of Babylon Parks Department is amplifying the fun with live music performances all summer long—bringing the sounds of summer to neighborhoods across the Town! As part of the 2025 Free Summer Concert Series, residents can enjoy an exciting lineup of tribute bands and local acts—totally free!
🌟 New This Year: “Golden Grooves” for Seniors
The summer kicks off with a heartfelt celebration just for our elder residents. “Golden Grooves,” the first-ever concert dedicated to seniors, will take place on Wednesday, June 12 at Tanner Park. Expect music, dancing, and good vibes designed to make memories under the summer sun.
