Had a great experience today buying a refrigerator at Plesser’s. After occasionally browsing the big box stores and randomly talking to their sales people I thought I was not going to be able to find the kind of refrigerator I wanted to upgrade to. They all made me think there was not an option for the space I was working with. Within minutes Michael Erhart assured me that it was not an issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. So excited to get my new refrigerator

I just recently purchased a range and refrigerator from Emily at Plessers. She was extremely helpful and gave me options within my budget. She answered all questions, and educated me on brands and options. An added bonus is they are able to hold my items in the warehouse until I am ready for them. It was an easy transaction. My review is 4 stars now, but if all goes as smoothly when items are delivered, I will totally give 5 stars.
Oh and their prices are excellent.

Part of my excellent purchasing experience with Mario for a new LG induction stove and fridge was my decision to buy the extended warranty for both. I'm glad I did, because as soon as they were installed, I noticed a strange, chemical-like taste in the fridge water and ice. After a hellish session trying to get LG to send a repair person out, which ended in no improvement in the water quality, I thought to call Mario. He immediately connected me with Plesser's own customer support manager, Joline Monroe.
Joline listened to the entire saga patiently and then suggested that I try a simple maneuver-- tightening the water filter beyond its initial, seemingly-snug fit. I did that, and discovered to my surprise that it seemed to "lock in" in a much tighter position. As soon as I began to fill a jar, the filter sputtered with air, exactly like a new filter is supposed to. After I ran enough water, I tasted it, and it tastes completely fine!
I am thrilled with Joline's service. She knew the right fix when 3 different people at LG itself, along with the useless subcontractor person they finally sent, did not. She stayed with me through the whole experiment and was helpful and so courteous, as well as knowledgeable. Her knowledge base reinforced my initial feeling that buying from Plesser's, even though I'm in Atlanta, was the best decision I made in my kitchen renovation. Thank you, Joline!

Gene was super helpful and helped lay out the options with delivery and the trucking company. I just placed an order for a new dishwasher with Plesser's based on my great experience. Thanks guys!
