Full Moon Sound Bath

Experience a deep state of relaxation and vibrational balance with resonant blissful healing frequencies and rhythmic patterns. Relax the nervous system, balance emotions, boost confidence and productivity, improve sleep, experience deep physical, mental and emotional healing. This is an ambient electronic music experience with live acoustic healing instruments such as the harp, gong, flute, Rav Vast drum, kalimba, chimes, Tibetan sound bowls, crystal bowls, Shruti box and vocal toning. A Sound Bath is usually received lying down. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, towels or anything else needed to support this deep meditative experience.
