Town of Babylon Summer Theatre Workshop 2024 Season

Calling all young thespians! The Town of Babylon invites you to join its acclaimed Summer Theatre Workshop for the 2024 season. This program offers a fantastic opportunity for children and teens to delve into the world of musical theatre, featuring The Little Mermaid Jr. for kids aged 6-10, and 13 Jr. for juniors aged 11-15.

Registration and Workshop Details:

• Eligibility: Open to Town of Babylon residents and non-residents, ages 6 to 14 years old.
• Registration Opens: Wednesday, May 1st at 9:00 AM for residents; Wednesday, May 29th for non-residents.
• Workshop Dates: July 1st to August 2nd, with no class on Thursday, July 4th.
• Location: Phelps Lane Pool Building, Upstairs Classrooms, North Babylon.
• Rehearsal Times: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
• Performance Dates: July 31st for The Little Mermaid Jr., August 1st for 13 Jr., with rain dates scheduled.

Fee Structure:

• Residents: $160
• Non-Residents: $200
