DESCRIPTION:The Babylon Breast Cancer Coalition’s Vision of Hope Garden stands at the southeast corner of Town Hall Park\, 200 East Sunrise Highway\, Lindenhurst\, through September and October — pink and teal flags and ribbon bows for breast and gynecological cancer awareness. \nA $10 donation places a detachable ribbon streamer in honor or in memory of someone affected by breast or gynecological cancer. At the end of the two-month display the ribbons are returned to those who request them. \nThe Coalition supports residents of the Town of Babylon in active treatment for breast and/or gynecological cancer — Amityville\, Babylon\, Copiague\, Deer Park\, East Farmingdale\, Lindenhurst and North Babylon.
