Ryan…owner of Futura plumbing canceled an appointment last minute after we agreed to a walk through estimate with explanation/options. Basically told me I had to work with his schedule without any consideration to mine. Then tried to back me in a corner with a TEXT estimate of what the work would cost. Started texting me early this morning while asleep. Told him I don’t work like that and wouldn’t be able to accept that. His response was those are the numbers whether he sends someone out or not. Very rude,disrespectful,pushy and greedy. Forwarded his text to the person who referred me who said I should absolutely NOT deal with anyone who has no respect for a customers time and don’t adhere to agreements. Ryan is very aggressive and if
you don’t agree with him…he tells you he doesn't want to work with/for you. That’s what he did with me. Saved those text messages and forwarded them as proof to the person who referred me to him. I was grateful that he showed his true colors. I cannot work with anyone who’s dishonest or disrespectful.
Ryan’s been texting me non stop after I told him I would need to reschedule based on the fact that he changed my appointment himself then tried to back me in a corner with a schedule that worked for only him. Tried to explain multiple times that I have a job and that schedule wouldn’t work for me. He didn’t care. I had planned to have Ryan overhaul my house completely. Thank God I didn’t. Ryan also charges two prices. The cash price is cheaper and he avoids paying taxes. Then you have to keep reminding him to send you receipts. Has no respect for women either. Tries to run all over you. Fortunately…I’m not built like that.

Bad guy. Canceled 7:55 a for an 8 am appoitment after waiting a week for the appointment. Also Ryan After confirmed 8 am the night before. I drove 45 minutes to my rental property that needed the work (estimate for gas conversion, tank removal, etc.). He stated the brakes on his truck needed to be fixed and he’d be there between 9-10 am. I texted saying he could’ve drive his non plumbing car to the estimate and asked definitely what time he could be there today? He no replied. So l called him and he answered describing how I didn’t meet his standards as a customer. He Had some tyrate of a speech he started giving. I wished him a blessed day and am moving on to one of the other 100 plumbers in Babylon. After l drive 45 minutes to get there and he didn’t apologize. Waste of time and non professional. Do not recommend in any capacity.

Ryan and his team were fantastic! They truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. We were in an emergent need for our elderly mother and Ryan came to our rescue on a Sunday. His team (Buddy and Jimmy), were very knowledgeable, had great communication, the price was fair and they did what they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs. Overall great experience!!!

I recently needed to replace my shower system and called Ryan based on a recommendation from my Facebook friends. We could not have been happier with the result. Ryan showed up when he said he would and quoted a reasonable price. He and Nick were very personable and followed all Covid safety protocols as well.
They discovered in doing the job the manufacturer left out a part in the system I ordered. They worked around it to make sure we had a shower and told me they would be happy to come back when the part was in.
I am happy to say they did just that.
They are extremely responsive and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I actually plan to use them again for a new project.

Highly recommend! Ryan has come to our home several times for various plumbing issues, and once was able to talk my husband through how to fix an issue over the phone. He is super helpful, affordable, and always responds quickly.
