On April 17, 2024, Hartman’s and Esposito technicians came to my house to conduct an AC Coil cleaner and install a new AC Duct in the basement due to a puff back accident. The invoice was paid and the technician left with no issues. As the insurance came to review the work performed in the unit, they discovered that the coil was never cleaned and I was charged for it. I called immediately to the company and I was assured that this job was done by one of their technicians “Jonny” . I was asked to send pictures of the unit since they claimed this was not true. After sending pictures of the unit, they apologized and send another technician to do the work that it was supposed to be done originally. A few weeks later, the duct that was installed by this company started to come off the return grill. I called them again and I was told that they will not come to the house to tape the duct into the back of the return vent. A few days go by, and the flex duct came off the return vent sucking all the air from the basement while it was on. I had to called again and they claimed that they attached the duct to the vent with screws. When they finally and after pushing for them to come out to the house , another technician from the same company showed up and stated that the vent did not have any screws. I email the manager on June 28 to get a rectification for my time wasted and the lack of integrity for all these issues but I haven’t heard from them. I will highly recommend against using this company from my experience and the lack of professionalism and knowledge. I should have looked at their YELP (terrible) reviews too prior to have let them do any work in the house.

Jay and Phil were AMAZING work...very neat left the place emasculate.... worked well and most importantly I have hot water ... Tracey is a blast too!!! Love these 3!!
