Kenny called 30 minutes before arriving. He took his time with what the previous cesspool company called a vent stack issue, and ruled it out. Turns out I had three separate and unrelated problems, and he quickly fixed all three. Kenny is extremely tidy as he works, wears booties and gloves in your home. Kenny is an honest professional. he arrived promptly, identified the problem and solved it, all in a timely fashion. I had a clogged kitchen and bathroom sink and slow flowing and backed up toilets. He is knowledgeable about his profession and also clean and neat while he works. Highly recommend this company.

First, I want to say that I rarely leave reviews but I absolutely needed to with this one. A friend of mine had referred this company to me and said they were very good. I was having some issues with my tub and toilet, so I gave this company a call. I have to say, the guy who came was nice, efficient and very professional. He also was able to fix the problems immediately and at an affordable rate! I will definitely be calling them with any future issues.

Down the drain services has amazing customer service! I called one day and he was able to come the next day to inspect my cesspool to check if it was full! Very fair prices and kenny the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable! I used him again for a backed up cesspool and he was able to come the next morning! 5 stars!!
