The Law office of Frank A. Cetero and especially, paralegal Donna Zeltmann, were so unbelievably helpful and thorough throughout this whole experience. Without their help and follow up during the filing process, I couldn't have done it. Few people go above and beyond for their clients these days but I can say with all honesty, they (specifically Donna) were absolutely invaluable. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Frank Cetero and his staff, particularly Donna Zeltmann were phenomenal with assisting me with my claim. They were extremely professional and kept me well informed every step of the way. There was no way possible I could have done this on my own. They responded rapidly to every inquiry I had and made the entire process smooth and worry free so I could focus on all of my medical treatments, surgeries, hospitalizations and therapy.
