Richard Artura gave myself and mother great advice for the current and future challenges we'll be facing. He was direct, honest, and upfront about potential issues we could have. I'm glad we took the time to speak face to face. Watch out though! His passion truly moves! A pen cap and paperclip were not spared, falling to the floor as he did the math!
