Ordered a new GE washer/dryer on the Plesser's website. When I encountered an issue I called the store and Gerard Agostinello answered and helped me order the unit and answered all my questions. He was very patient and friendly. I am new to the area and prefer to shop locally. I will not hesitate to use Plesser's in the future. Also, the gentlemen who came for installation were considerate and friendly and most professional. Thank you Gerard and Plesser's!

Peter Romano at Plesser's Appliances was exceptional with his product knowledge of the Whirlpool dishwasher. He answered all questions thoroughly and did make the process easy and stress-free. No pressure at all, which is a valuable asset. The options were explained so the perfect match for my needs and budget was found. Our conversation was excellent, and with my decision to buy I did feel confident because of the help I received. Peter wanted to make sure I was happy with buying this dishwasher and not just about getting a sale. Thank you for giving me Peter Romano at Plesser's Appliances. Any other appliances that I will need in the future, I will return to Peter for those purchases. I will recommend him to all I know who are interested in buying appliances.

Did internet search for best front loader washer dryer sets. Checked prices and went to Plessers in Babylon which we have used before and always received great service. Meet salesperson Emily, she answered all our questions on the units we had decided on. They did not have the exact model onsite, but she showed us the next higher level which was very comparable. Once satisfied on our choose we sat down to discuss price. She immediately quoted a lower price that was advertised and informed us of manufactures rebate we would be eligible for. Delivery was available in 3 days which worked for us at a decent price, and we decided to self-install the units. We were updated on the delivery, and they were careful and polite even offering advice on install. Overall good experience and so far, happy with our chose. Would definitely use Plessers again.

Went into Plesser's with the idea we would pay more. Not the case. Michael Erhart was such a pleasure to work with. He gave us a fantastic price and made the process seamless. Delivery and installation also great. Will buy all our appliances in the future from Plesser's.

My wife and I had an awesome experience buying all 8 of our appliances here for our newly renovated home. Michael was incredible in every way. He knew exactly what to show us based on our preferences and was not pushy whatsoever. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave you pros and cons of each model he was showing you. I would highly recommend Plessers and Michael to anybody.
