The Military gift store did an absolutely beautiful job in creating the burial flag case that I purchased; the workmanship is outstanding! Also, they were kind enough to create a second engraved plate for me - this was of their own doing, because they thought of a better way to position the engraved lines, and they were correct - their way is better! They did this of their own accord and were kind enough to not even charge me for this, because they thought it would look better. I highly recommend them!!

I purchased a flag and medal display case for my husband’s retirement from the U.S. AIR FORCE. The team at The Military Gift Store went above and beyond. They helped me choose the right size and even suggested a custom engraving for the nameplate. The delivery was fast, and the product was packed securely. When we opened it, we were blown away by the quality—the solid wood, clear glass, and the precise corners. Everything fit perfectly. It now hangs in his office. This is an heirloom piece. Thanks!!

Purchased a memorial flag case. The display case arrived on time and were very well packaged (to protect them). They are strong and sturdy and look fantastic! The display case is high quality and look great. After reading many reviews for many products on The Military gift Store , I rest assured that I am making the correct decision. There was absolutely no issue with the fit.

The flag case we had ordered arrived damaged. I believe this happened during shipping. I contacted the company and they began working on a replacement flag case right away. They were great about the whole situation. The new flag case arrived today and it's beautiful. Very nice work.
