I always buy at Buffalo Wild Wing of South Shore Mall, however this time it was near the North Babylon headquarters on Deer Park Avenue and I was very upset, they took a long time to prepare my order and when I got home that is 5 minutes away and tried the potatoes and the wings were cold, I have no idea why they took so long if they are going to deliver everything cold, what a bad experience I had today.

Matt our server was great very pleasant and attentive. Food was nothing special typical chain restaurant. The reason for my review, yesterday it was 35° F outside and inside felt like 55°F. I asked the staff if the AC was on cause we keep getting cold air blown on us so much that the napkins would move. We were told the heat is actually on and that they were told not to touch the thermostat.
Maybe it was me and my new old age cause there were staff in tshirts, but maybe cause they are moving around so much they don't feel it as someone who is sitting and waiting.
But better eat your food fast otherwise it will get cold.

Disappointed. Wings and fries were old. I asked the server for new ones as you can clearly see they were dry and old. They brought new ones out and they were worse. Then they brought us new French fries and those were better. It’s not my first time here this was unacceptable.

It’s superbowl sunday. I pre ordered my food 40 wings at 5am, I picked the time slot of 6:10pm to be ready as the game started at 6:30 I arrived at 6:20 and the lobby was swamped - naturally bc it’s Super Bowl Sunday . When I asked if my order was ready they said they were backed up, I was expecting 30 minutes - they said my food wouldn’t be ready until 7:30. I didn’t make a fuss left came back at 7:30 my food still wasn’t ready and there were door dash and Uber Eats orders going out which didn’t make sense to me. They only really had 2-3 ppl at the to go area and there were 30 ppl waiting for orders - they looked visibly stressed and overwhelmed - clearly they didn’t plan or staff appropriately (I’m an area manager so I I work in management) one of the biggest nights of thier business was poorly executed ppl were canceling orders left and right - I waited and was polite because I figured blowing up Wouldn’t get my food faster but then I couldn’t wait anymore because I didn’t want to miss the half time show - didn’t get my food or a refund because there weren’t enough staff to attend to the issue - I called 10 times before they closed - not one answer. I will never order here again I’m very dissatisfied . How can an order that I placed at 5am not be ready at 6pm —- 12+hrs later ?????? Mind you I’ve been coming to this location since I was in high school 10+ yrs ago

Horrible experience. Stopped in for a meal with my family. We were seated right away. For a Sunday afternoon, it was very light on business. Unfortunately, that didn't matter as 15minutes in, and not only did we not have drinks, but we were never even greeted by anyone. Plenty of workers walked by us multiple times, mind you. How can you have customers/diners sitting for 15+ minutes and you fail to even greet them? Needless to say, we got up and left. Horrible. Do better.
