Disappointed. Wings and fries were old. I asked the server for new ones as you can clearly see they were dry and old. They brought new ones out and they were worse. Then they brought us new French fries and those were better. It’s not my first time here this was unacceptable.

A few days ago ago, I went to Buffalo wild wings, and I could not get the thought out of my mind. Honestly, I’ve never been treated with such respect at a buffalo wild wings before, but I have to say with this specific dining experience I was blown away. I had the server, Anthony, and he treated us with such respect. He checked in on us every few minutes just to make sure that we were doing all right, brought the appetizers at such a fast fashion that I don’t know how it was possible that the food was ready in time and with Anthony himself, he cracked jokes, he talk to you like you were an actual person. He communicated with you and let you know by his attitude with his guests that he’s not just there for the money, but he’s there to make friends and family along the way. the atmosphere around the restaurant was booming. I had no issues and I’m honestly at a loss for words. thank you Anthony for the amazing service and I hope to come back to be served by you again.

I always buy at Buffalo Wild Wing of South Shore Mall, however this time it was near the North Babylon headquarters on Deer Park Avenue and I was very upset, they took a long time to prepare my order and when I got home that is 5 minutes away and tried the potatoes and the wings were cold, I have no idea why they took so long if they are going to deliver everything cold, what a bad experience I had today.

Waitstaff is amazing. Food is always right. Sit in and enjoy yourself!
The issue is when you order online and pick up it's never ready on time. Always 10-15 minutes over the time they tell you it's ready. Plan accordingly

Came in planning to watch a half of football, ended up closing the tab after the Sunday night game. Vibes were great, wings were solid, and the bar crowd was surprisingly friendly for strangers. Only hiccup was one lady throwing a fit about her food taking “forever” (it didn’t). The manager diffused it with total class no yelling, no attitude, just professionalism. She’s better than me I would have shown her the door.
Good Wings, good beer, and free comedy show.
