We finally decided to sell our home in Babylon and move to Florida. We contacted Maureen Racioppi at RE/MAX and made an appointment. Maureen was wonderful, she was so positive about our home and put us at ease regarding everything that had to be done.
Maureen explained the process in selling our home and we decided on a date for the open house.
Now mind you, we were living in Florida while all this was taking place, so we had many phone calls and text messages with Maureen. Maureen took care of everything!!!
Maureen set up the open house weekend and kept us informed, by phone, of the days outcomes. The evening of the first day, we had several offers on the house! We were amazed!
We decided it was time to drive to Babylon and left Florida.
When we got back, Maureen came over helped organize what we needed to pack and things we needed to donate. She was great.
For almost 2 months we packed, donated things to our children and also to the Vietnam Vets. You can’t believe how much “stuff” you collect over 25 years!!
Maureen guided us to the closing and was in complete contact with us throughout the entire process.
Maureen went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything went smoothly.
Maureen is an asset to her employer RE/MAX and we would strongly recommend her to future buyers and sellers.

After the death of our family’s matriarch, we entrusted Maureen to sell our home. Maureen is by far the most thoughtful, caring, loyal person/realtor in the market right now!.. She always goes above and beyond as a person in every situation, whether it is to help uplift a rough situation by being there in every way to make sure you feel better or even simply making you smile more by complimenting you on something that happened in your life.. Maureen always brings a positive reassuring presence with her every time she comes into contact with you.. I hope that I am able to do real estate business with her one day bc I’m sure she will make the experience enjoyable and seamless from day 1 to close!.. but i would be even happier to just spend the day with her.. She is the best!
