I cannot say enough good things about working with one of your agents, Camila Retnauer. From the very beginning, she truly understood my situation and went above and beyond to find places that met our needs and stayed within our budget. She was incredibly dedicated, spending evenings showing me multiple apartments, sometimes three in one night, and always making sure I felt supported throughout the entire process.
She was consistently in touch, proactive, and genuinely cared about helping in any way she could. On top of her professionalism, she brought such friendly energy and great vibes to every interaction, it was an absolute pleasure working with her.

Anna takes the time to really explain the details of the home buying process, which put our minds at ease. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and answered questions quickly and went above and beyond. I have already, and will continue to recommend Anna to friends and family members because I know she cares about her clients. Her associate, Kelly was also extremely helpful and flexible with showing us properties at time that worked with our schedules.
Update: If I could give 6 stars I would. Anna and Kelly continue to check in to help us, as first time homebuyers, navigate any unanticipated instances as well as enrolling in the NYS STAR program. I truly believe Anna may be a miracle worker with the ease at which she has resolved matters for us!
