They were transparent, and went out of their ways to make sure that I was able to get into a vehicle, Especially Pete and John. The best of all they give you a 2 year warranty that they take care of until warranty is up. I got my 2014 Chevy Cruz and it’s been love at first DRIVE 🙃🥲❤️I highly recommend this place!!!

Happy 2024. I visited New Gen Auto in July 2023. I went to several car lots and came across this one. I met with John. I found him very customer friendly, patient and honest. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from him August 1, 2023. In addition, I purchase an extended warranty. John was great throughout the whole transaction. I waited to submit my review because I just wanted to see how things would go with the vehicle going forward. It's Jan 15, 2024 its almost 6 months since I had the vehicle and ALL is going very WELL. I'm happy with my Ford Escape. So if your looking for a vehicle . I recommend you stop by New Gen Auto Group in West Babylon and speak to John. He will take care you.

Bought a 2013 dodge ram 1500 with hemi 5.7 . Great prices and their customer service is next to none. Probably the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Found an issue after I purchased the vehicle. Pete personally addressed the issue and resolved it immediately. Pete and John are true professionals. New Gen was a pleasure to work with. Me and my fiancé came in nervous due to the fact we were first time buyers and never financed a vehicle before. Despite us being so timid, John and Pete made us feel welcomed and walked us through every step of the way! We walked out with a nice and reliable 2012 Honda Civic Coupe!
