My initial contact was with Jimmy, he was so incredibly warm and helpful. Junking my vehicle was a very emotional decision for me as my car, although it was old, it represented a new chapter in my life. My second contact with Cars For Cash was with Justin who was equally warm, friendly and professional. My car was picked up the same day I called. The tow truck driver was such a nice young man and understood how emotional this was for me. He gave me time to say goodbye and didn't load the car on the truck until I drove off. What an amazing company. I would highly recommend Cars For Cash to friends and family! I should also mention I had an higher offer for the car, but took less money simply because Justin made me feel more comfortable about the process. I am also not a person to leave online reviews.
