The Summer Solstice (actually 6/20) is a good time to connect with nature, one another and enjoy the long hours of daylight!

This event is for singles and couples.

We start with gentle exercises to open our energy flow.

Then we will move to a heart opening meditation, (bring a crystal or borrow one)

Next we will open the conversation to issues of relationships, looking at them through a relaxed/gentle lens and a spiritual perspective.

We will end with a short journal writing.

This evening is meant to be relaxing and afford the ability to meet others who are interested in issues of relationships.
We will gather on the sand in a circle.

What to bring:
-beach chair or blanket/cushion to sit on
-extra sweatshirt/jacket – can be breezy!
-water/your dinner/snack – if you like
-journal (paper and pen will be available)
-an open heart
-a friend or partner or make a new one 🙂

We will be on the sand to the far east almost on the edge of the bushes, not near the building. I will have red beach chair and a white streamer. After exiting your car walk to your left through the parking lot. Call me, Helyn if can’t find us or once you park your car. 917-576-5365
