TCR transformed my small space into a spacious, stylish home. Sam, Anderson, and Eldin went above our expectations. Communication was open, honest, and consistent. They dealt with permits from the town, communicated with the architect, and did what they said they would when they said they would do it for the price they quoted. No funny business. We converted a garage to living space, added a bathroom, gutted and re-did an existing bathroom, replaced siding, replaced all flooring, replaced windows, and upgraded the electrical.

We had a 3 week project recently completed to re-level our floors which required re-installing subflooring, hardwood floors, and baseboards, along with sistering and leveling joists (about 1200 sq ft). Sam and Anderson were very responsive at every step and frequently checked in to make sure we were happy. Although we hit a snag with sanding/staining the hardwood, they quickly made it right. They are a very professional/organized team and everyone was great to work with. Thank you again Sam and Anderson for executing on a challenging project, we appreciate it.

I recently hired TCR Builders for a flooring replacement project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the very start, they impressed me with their attention to detail. The estimate they provided was thorough and clearly explained all the job operations, leaving no room for confusion. It was a professional approach that gave me confidence in their work.
Throughout the project, they maintained a clean work environment, carefully cleaning up all debris after the job was completed. Once the flooring was replaced, everything was put back in place perfectly, and the final result was flawless.
I'm so happy with the work they've done and look forward to continuing our partnership for future projects. We have an extension planned for the spring, and I am excited to work with them again. I hired TCR builders to do an exterior make over. New roof, siding, patio and garage doors along with some smaller jobs (window replacement and chimney repair) that they were able to quickly give me a fair price for and worked it into their schedule. Overall very satisfied with the work done. They finished all the work in the timeframe they laid out and more importantly for the price they quoted me for. I would recommend them for any home improvement jobs. Anderson, the project manager, and his crew did a great job!

Our relationship with TCR Builders came about from a leak in our kitchen. But what we wanted was a house renovation.
When we first met Sam we knew very quickly we wanted to work with him. Sam is clear, thorough and a person of his word. He explained that TCR isn’t the type of company that takes on your job and then disappears to work on other jobs. True to his word, even with delays on our part, Sam was there and got the job done.
Sam routinely checks in on the job. He makes very good recommendations and can connect you to multiple suppliers. When we needed an adjustment to the architect’s plans, Sam called the architect and proposed a solution. It was accepted. Sam also spoke to the Village engineer and received approval for the work done.
We recently completed the original contractual work and our place looks fantastic. We are going with Sam and TCR for additional work that we’re really looking forward to getting underway.
