Very impressed with Ryan Anthony Heating Service. Been nothing but happy with the boiler I had installed in 2023, saving me big $$$ in oil consumption. Called in for service for a faulty pressure relief valve. I know this time of year is crazy with tune ups and service calls, yet they scheduled me asap and came in the timeframe stated that morning. The tech who came was Ryan Anthony himself. Who does that? The owner of the company in the field with his crews helping to keep us warm. Such a pleasure to speak to him in person. A true gentleman! Took good care of me and my families heating concerns for this upcoming winter. I highly recommend Ryan Anthony's Heating service for your heating needs!

Thank you for such great service today! I highly recommend Ryan Anthony’s for any work you need. We had an oil leak and probably should get a new furnace and Ryan made repairs and cleaned it up so we didn’t have to get a new one. His prices are so good and he refused to take a tip. Thank you for saving us a lot of money and thanks for being so great!!

We used Ryan Anthony’s heating repair service in March of 2024 and the initial experience was good. However, recently we called Ryan Anthony for another issues with our system, they sent a tech and diagnosed the problem. After we received the estimate, we informed an employee by the name of “David” or “Dave” that we wanted the repair done. They told me that the part was ordered and that they’ll be in touch. However, I called about 3-4 times inquiring on when they would be able to preform the service. My last conversation was with a female receptionist in which I explicitly expressed that we wanted the service done. That was at the end of May of this year and still no service or even a return call. There are many HVAC techs in Suffolk County so getting the service done by Ryan Anthony’s was not a big deal. However, if they didn’t have the time, the part or just simply didn’t want to do the service, a simple phone call or e-mail would have been appreciated. Customer service needs improvement.

Ryan, Joe, Shawn and team were excellent. Efficient, clean and neat. They clearly know how to size up and put in the correct A/C for my house. They communicate efficiently and very trustworthy. I really appreciate how they treated my home with care. Quality work throughout the service.
