My experience from the very start was nothing short of exemplary. Elaine was so helpful and called me several times to keep me updated as the appointment came closer. Miguel was extremely nice and incredibly professional. He went above and beyond in explaining and demonstrating what was causing the issue which ended up being a small part which he was able to replace. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly and checked the entire system including outside. Miguel was excellent and I highly recommend all Seasons.

All seasons air conditioning offers a breathe of fresh air when it comes to their friendly customer service … thank you Elaine and their technicians both Andrew and Miguel are amazing , both are extremely professional and very knowledgable in the business. They arrive with smiles and take their time to do their job and then explain what they’ve done. It’s hard to find people who express the like or love for what they’ve done do. I would recommend All Seasons to all of my family and friends. Thank you for loving what you do. It shows in your work and your attitude 😊

From estimate to installation everything was great. All staff were friendly. Matthew and Nick did a great job with the installation. Definitely recommend.

Date: 3/24/2025: I recently spoke to Amanda regarding a furnace service. She quoted me $175 for the first half-hour of diagnostics and $52.50 for any additional 15 minutes. I agreed. She then informed me that I could pay via credit card, check, or cash. I told her I would pay cash. However, she asked for my credit card to keep on file. I questioned why she would need my credit card if I planned to pay in cash and assured her that I would pay in full before the technician even entered my home. I explained that it wouldn't be an issue. They can receive CASH upfront! Despite this, she insisted on a credit card number, stating that it was company policy.
I also mentioned that I needed an estimate for a new AC unit, but her insistence on collecting my credit card information, even though I planned to pay in cash, raised concerns.
So, my question is: why would a company would request credit card information when payment is being made in cash? Is there an intention to engage in unethical practices by collecting customers' credit card details? What kind of policy is this where a customer paying in cash is still required to provide credit card information—especially after being initially offered the option to pay in cash?
I don’t know who wrote the positive reviews for this company, but I am documenting the facts here for potential customers and homeowners to see before reaching out to them. Good luck with your credit card collection policies. Cheers!
