Lost heat ….Nest thermostats would not hold temperature. Joe, the best hvac mechanic came over and diagnosed the problem with the boiler. Part ordered and he came back a day later to install. Heat working beautifully!

A few years ago I hired All Seasons to replace my 20+ y/o Trane central A/C with a new system. They recommended a Daikin, and going down to a 4 ton unit from 5 ton because the new system was pitched at being far more efficient. Their advice was incorrect and costly. When it's over 85 degrees out, the system runs constantly. It can only manage to hit a set point of 71 degrees if the sun goes behind the clouds. If it's over 90 (like today) I'm lucky to get my house cooled to 75. Oh, and my old system would get the house down to a comfy 35% humidity even on the worst days. This Daikin can barely manage 55% on a good day. I spent almost 10 thousand bucks to have a less comfortable house than I did before. All based on All Seasons' advice.
The worst part is, the system has yet to make it through a cooling season without needing repairs. They've been out to my house at least twice a year for the last 3 years, since it was installed. (The only positive I can say is that at least they didn't charge me every time).  Not only did I have to buy the new central A/C from them, but I also had to pay Home Depot a few hundred bucks for window A/C units to cover the downtime from this garbage Daikin system and to supplement its cooling.
They installed a lemon from the start.
Finally, they do sloppy work. I added a couple of pictures, taken after their techs left on a couple of the many repair visits.  Electrical tape is not a pipe hanger. Duck tape (not even actual foil duct tape) attaching my filter cover at an angle, leaving a gap to suck in hot air from the attic. Oh, and a manager came by at some point to take a look at the system and didn't seem to find anything awry with that at all. So I guess it's business as usual for them.
Also, despite recommending a Daikin, they've had problems getting parts for it. So I've had downtimes of a week or two as they were in the middle of repairs.
I'm at the point where I'm going to have to have this 3-ish year old system replaced by another company rather than continuing to throw good money (and frustration) after bad. Complete waste of hard-earned cash.

My experience from the very start was nothing short of exemplary. Elaine was so helpful and called me several times to keep me updated as the appointment came closer. Miguel was extremely nice and incredibly professional. He went above and beyond in explaining and demonstrating what was causing the issue which ended up being a small part which he was able to replace. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly and checked the entire system including outside. Miguel was excellent and I highly recommend all Seasons.

I live on an island and getting service is difficult. Luckily, the folks at All Seasons AC were willing to make the trip. Cesar was great. It wasn't obvious but he worked through the problem until he figured out how to get the system running, and saved my weekend.

All seasons air conditioning offers a breathe of fresh air when it comes to their friendly customer service … thank you Elaine and their technicians both Andrew and Miguel are amazing , both are extremely professional and very knowledgable in the business. They arrive with smiles and take their time to do their job and then explain what they’ve done. It’s hard to find people who express the like or love for what they’ve done do. I would recommend All Seasons to all of my family and friends. Thank you for loving what you do. It shows in your work and your attitude 😊
