Waseem and Shobanni did a great job of doing the annual servicing of my Rinnai Tankless Combi boiler. You really have to know what you are doing with these new systems. The guys knew how to get the system cleaned and did a thorough job on the filters and pilot. My only thing would be communication. They were running late but no one reached out until I called and they had to get the vinegar to run through the system which made it take longer. But I'm not removing stars because in the end they were kind, thorough, and did a good job.

Called K2 for emergency service of no heat at our house. They scheduled the service right away. The technician was knowledgeable and quick. He fixed the heat in no time. Very happy with the service. We will definitely recommend K2 to our family and friends.
