10/10 Sal and his assistant came exactly when they said they would, they were in and out in about an hour and they were able to fix 2 different clogs in 2 different sinks in that timeframe. Sal even replaced a drain for me that had been broken before he got there. Respectful, professional, friendly and his price was so affordable for the work they did. I will use Quick Drain for any and all future plumbing issues I might run into in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sal today to help me out with some work above my capabilities in regards to my drainage for the house. He was able to diagnose the cause of what was happening , was clear on his explanations and responded promptly to my house upon making the phone call. I would give Sal and Quick Drain 10 stars if I could. We had been having problems with a brand new renovated bathroom for three months now. Water was backing up into the shower and the toilet was not flushing. We had three different plumbers come and snake the sewer cleanout but it would just happen again every two weeks. We even had a cesspool company come and look at the cesspool and they said the septic system is running perfectly. So I figured it’s the pipe maybe roots or a belly, which would have cost a lot of money to fix. I was thinking I would have to get a look at the pipe between the cleanout and the cesspool somehow. I found Quick Drain on google and I am so glad I did. Sal and Joe came out on a Sunday(!) and quickly diagnosed that the problem was the cleanout itself ( it was old and rusty and designed very poorly) and replacing the cleanout and the few feet of pipe would be the way to go. Sal came back with one of his team members the following Saturday, he let me know via text exactly when he would be arriving. They quickly got to work, kept me informed every step of the way and did the work for a very, very good price. Sal showed me on camera that all the pipes were clean and in excellent shape and went all the way from the new cleanout to the septic. They even cleaned up the work area to look like new.
