Worst front staff attitude ever, I went there yesterday to get my daughter tested for Covid and as soon I get there I did feel the bad aura of one girl in the front desk, she looked at us like if we were homeless or we were bothering her.
I really don’t know how a girl with that personality can be working there (her personality is ugly as hell)..she was very rude and she thinks she is the last Coca Cola in the Desert..
She was really uncared to try to help..
Thank God, there is another Urgent Care around 5-8 min away..
Thanks to her, I will never going there again or going to recommend this place to anyone..

Very rude staff, the girls in the front (blonde girl, latina with black curly hair, another latina with blond wavy highlights) have nothing better to do but to role their eyes at you, give you the worst attitude known to earth and make your visit a living hell. I ask for literally simple requests like if they test for blood types, refferals, and paperwork for school and they make it seem im talking with 3 heads. I needed a referral for the eye doctor and THEY NEVER FILLED IT OUT and I filled out everything they wanted to ask me. Only good part of this office is the manager she is really nice and apologized to me personally over the phone and said i can go to her directly for any medical needs although should altogether fire all the staff and start new again, until then I don’t plan on going back unless there’s new staff. Doctors are really nice, however its a shame its the girls that put a bad first image on the office

Honestly, if this review was for Dr. Collins alone, it would be a 5 or more. The MAs so far are usually good and kind too. everything else is subpar. if you have an acute condition, you're better off going to a city md or urgent care if only the Np is available at care med. Also, the front desk needs a huge class on patient care and service.
I ran into this one receptionist about 2-3 times when checking in who is totally unfit to be there. She's hispanic, young and skinny, black curly? hair. Her own manager knows there's an issue. I'm not sure why that receptionist is
still there. It makes the thought of walking in there so unpleasant, especially when one is unwell and not in the mood to deal with someone in an obviously bad mood ignoring you and being rude. it's good others posted about it as well.

Love my NP’s, however as everyone else on here has mentioned.. the girl at the front desk is absolutely miserable and should not still be there. She gives misinformation and is disgustingly rude and shouldn’t be working with the public. It’s unfortunate because the actual doctors, MA’s and NP’s are really great.

I have been a patient there for a couple of years now and although there have been many changes, it has all been for the better. The staff is so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to help you and make you feel at ease. The wait time isn’t too bad, the girls and doctors are all very sweet, and the office is undergoing renovations making it that much more appealing to the patients. I highly recommend this office to everyone.
