I had a very concerning experience at this dental office. The office was dirty and unsanitary, including a puddle of water on the floor in the patient area. The equipment also appeared outdated, including the use of film X-rays instead of modern digital imaging.
The dentist personally scheduled me, but when I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I was later called back and told they don’t accept my insurance because “they don’t pay,” which should have been verified before I was ever booked.
The front desk staff was clearly not trained — my information was written down on paper instead of entered into a system, and the receptionist was rude and even hung up on me.
Overall, this was a disorganized, unprofessional, and unsafe-feeling office. I would not recommend it.

I’ve been to so many different dentist trying to find one that I like and am comfortable with. I made my first appointment here and I loved it. The receptionist is a sweetheart and the doctor actually listened to me and my concerns, and he made recommendations without making me feel obligated to anything. I had to bring my infant daughter and my 2 year old with me, the receptionist was so good with both of them! She kept an eye on them as I was in the chair. I would recommend giving this office a try!

The lady callad her self a receptionist she horrible person she doesn’t even tell you what you need unprofessional and disgusting actitud the doctors are so nice but that lady suck

Never go here again at all my son had Covid and miss 2 appointment he said don’t come back here it’s okay we see great dentist now deer park even the dentist deer park said wow you only miss too appointments your better here very great dentist in deer park and the office beautiful god works in good ways be smart find new dentist

This can tell you right away how unsanitary they are…
Walls look filthy and that glass looks like it was cleaned with just water.
Mind you the cleaning was horrible he cleaned about 4 teeth and used a toothbrush. Never again
