I went in for a cavity filling and the lady who first helped me out was very nice and gentle no issues at all, how ever they then asked if I wanted a cleaning as well so I said yes. I instantly regretted this when the lady was jabbing at my gums pressing down on them and cutting them all up. I asked her to stop and she wouldn’t stop for some reason even after I repeated it several times. The cleaning hurt 100x worse than the cavity filling which shouldn’t be the case since I didn’t get numb’ed for it whats so ever. My mouth was still bleeding even 45 minutes later and I can feel my gums all cut up. I will never be coming here again and this explains the 2.1 stars they have….

Called for an appt, was told no available times, however would be put on cancellation list. Received a message that there was an opening later the same day and to call back to confirm the appt. I left a message not even two minutes later to accept the appt. Showed up at said time to be told that the Appt was given to someone else and I needed to call them back to confirm the appt. I was told that they went to lunch and I never called back. I asked if they check their voicemails And got a dumbfounded look and severe attitude. Horrible people And office! Since the move to Babylon it's been even worse than before. My husband goes here because of his extensive dental history, but I am done with them and through default so is he. They just don't care and the receptionist can't do her job, such as answer a phone, check voicemail, or schedule appropriately.

Front desk is absolutely horrendous, automatically doesn’t answer the phone and sends to voicemail as default. When you arrive, there’s a mask policy on the door despite there not being a an active mandate for over a year, and they choose when they want to enforce it. So you come three visits, no mask, assume it’s for people who have active symptoms or who are non vaxxed, then be told to stand in the hallway and wait despite only one other person in the waiting room and the receptionists behind a closed window. And please do not get me started on the blonde dentist, in my initial visit I knew she didn’t check my X-rays and teeth thoroughly, but I was cautiously optimistic. I had a broken tooth a month later, and when I came in to get it fixed by a different dentist I asked him to look at those same X-rays again for me: four different procedures needed, one near a root canal. I do have to say, the one older male dentist is very sweet, quick, and does a great job, as does their main X-ray tech, but the two of them need to get off that sinking ship.

I have been a patient there for over 20 years and I finally had it. Once they moved to Babylon things went from OK, too bad starting with excessive appointments, telling me that they could only do one cavity at a time. Which is obviously to bang out my insurance carrier. To having to wear a mask in the waiting room. Recently, I had a cavity filled with silver. They told my insurance company it was done with the composite white, and then bill me a separate co-pay was not covered because it was the composite instead of the silver. I called them and said this is ridiculous, they said I could come in and they could take a look. I said I will send you a picture to any cell phone of your choosing right now, but I am not driving a half hour to you and I am not paying this bill.

My previous dentist, who I used for 20 years Defeo sadly retired. As stated by others they do NOT answer the phone, it goes directly to voicemail. I was called back 2 days later….who does this? I request the dentist I have seen before Dropkin, he’s through and just a nice man. Told no, only the female dentist(forgot the name) does exams. The hygienist Malvina is excellent. I go into room with someone in corner on a cellphone, I think it’s a lab tech or something. 10 minutes later she gets up , tells me open my mouth, examines me for 10 seconds(no exaggeration), says I look good and walks out. How is that for professional conduct? We will be looking elsewhere, it’s too bad because Dr. Dropkin and Malvina are professional and nice. They never answer the phone…..really??
