Sunrise Day Camps are the only camp of its kind, providing a free, full-day summer camp experience for children with cancer and their siblings. At no cost to families, Sunrise Day Camp-Long Island offers a safe and joyful environment where kids with cancer can just be kids. Often isolated from the everyday experiences of childhood, children with cancer rarely have the opportunity to step away from the routines of home, hospitals, and doctors’ offices. Sunrise Day Camps change that — creating a world filled with fun activities, lasting friendships, and a sense of normalcy, while fully addressing each child’s unique medical and emotional needs.

The cause is deeply personal for Lovesong drummer Chris Tibaldi, whose children previously attended Sunrise Day Camp-Long Island. Moved by the profound impact Sunrise had on his family, Tibaldi and the band are donating their time and talent to help raise funds so that more children can experience the same life-changing joy and support.

Community members are invited to join this exciting evening — all in support of an extraordinary mission: bringing back the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings.
