Best bar in babylon by far. I always come here with my friends and we always have an amazing experience. The bartenders are entertaining talkative and most importantly make killer drinks, theres always awesome people hanging around which makes it even better. After 1 visit you feel like family. also worth it to mention the music selection is 10/10

Recently just moved to Babylon and the villager has already become my number one spot.
Food, atmosphere and staff are all wonderful.
There burgers are to die for and my husband is a huge fan off there rotating specials.
Can’t say enough about the place will be back this week.

My friend and I stopped in for Tuesday happy hour at 4pm. Although the bar was almost full, we were seated at a high-top nearby. We ordered several drinks and appetizers from the happy hour menu. When the check arrived, none of the happy hour prices were applied.
We politely brought this to our server's attention. She immediately became agitated and informed us that happy hour is only for bar seats. While we understand that policy is noted, we have been seated at these high-tops—and even in booths—multiple times in the past when the bar was full and have always received the happy hour pricing.
When we tried to explain this, she quickly shut us down, stating she's worked there for seven years and they could "NEVER" make that exception. Unwilling to argue, we paid the full tab and left.
The issue isn't the policy itself, but the inflexible and confrontational way it was enforced, contradicting our past experiences. It's a shame that one interaction has eroded our loyalty, but we won't be returning to The Villager or other Lilly's establishments.

The Villager in Babylon has become one of our absolute favorite spots. The bartenders here are some of the friendliest and most attentive you’ll find anywhere — they remember faces, make great recommendations, and always make you feel welcome. The entire staff goes above and beyond to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere where you actually feel like part of the community.
The food is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and way above what you’d expect from a casual spot. Whether it’s brunch, dinner, or just drinks and apps, everything comes out perfect every time.
It’s rare to find a place that nails both the vibe and the service, but The Villager does it effortlessly. Highly recommend stopping in — you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit!

The Villager in Babylon is one of my favorite spots! The boneless wings, fries, and ramen are all amazing, and they always have a great selection of beer on tap. My go-to drink here is their espresso martini — it’s the best around. The bar staff and servers are always super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere feels really welcoming. I also feel very safe here — the bouncers are always present, respectful, and helpful. One night when I felt unsafe leaving, they even walked me to my Uber, which meant a lot. Highly recommend this place for great food, drinks, and people!
