I just ordered through Ubereats. I ordered Cauliflower tacos and there was no topping on it such as cheese, pico de gallo, mango salsa, guacamole and fresh cilantro as mentioned on the ubereats app. There is nothing on it, so bland and flavourless. Such a waste of money and I was so hungry after a busy day at work and looking forward to a good meal.

Food is good if they get the order right. There's a lack of attention or disregard for allergens. This is the third time I received cheese in items that I ordered specifically without cheese, and with specific order notes disclosing allergies. Any one with dietary restrictions/dairy allergy/lactose intolerance should be prepared if ordering takeout to have to possibly have the order incorrect.

I normally do not write bad experiences I have at places that I eat. But being pregnant , hungry and craving this taco I had to write about it. As you can see I couldn’t finish my meal because it was tasteless. I had to ask for salt as you can see in the corner of my plate. Meat was dry and COLD, no lime juice in the guacamole, and everything was off. My husband and I paid $36.38 for a food that left us mad, unsatisfied and I was a little bit nauseous thinking about it (and I’m not exaggerating 🙄). I had food at Guac time before but at the branch in Valley Stream and I swear if I wasn’t too tired I would have taken the trip there from Amityville. If you guys are in the valley stream area ( I don’t know about other ones) you guys can definitely stop by there. I felt so bad having my husband drive 20 minutes to that location and I had to make it up to him guys that’s how bad I felt.

This guac time is right near my job, the staff are always friendly and service is fast. I picked up my order tonight and showed up a little too early by mistake. One of the staff asked for my order and immediately made it.
When I got back to work I noticed they accidentally forgot to add the meat, I went back and explained what happened and showed them that the meat was missing. They were incredibly understanding, even going as far as to remake the entire bowl!
10/10 would recommend and will continue going here in the future. The portions are great for the price, too.

Everything was so good, fresh and honestly better than Chipotle! We were able to build the crunchwrap and the quesadilla to our liking and ordered 2 birria tacos as well! Best part, they're open until 3am..! Definitely worth a try
