They are never in the shop, the hours need to be updated because the door is always locked and all you’re able to do is call and discuss over the phone which leads to a lot of miscommunication, I wanted to support a local business. I had asked over the phone for a 3 foot light house and they said they had and are able to put it on hold. But when I picked it up it was not 3 foot and only 2 foot:/ When I spoke to the owner about it the following morning she said that in the gardening world it’s considered 2.5-3 foot but as a customer I did not know that and it was not explained to me at all when we spoke on the phone initially. It’s a pretty light house but for the price of $349 I could’ve brought my business elsewhere. Very frustrating now because she won’t do anything to accommodate my purchase and I’m out $349. Just shop on amazon or something and save yourself the trouble.

Very disappointed with the flower arrangement. I spent $270.66 on a bouquet for my aunt’s birthday, and what was delivered looked nothing like the photo on the website. It lacked the beauty, fullness, and overall quality I expected. Honestly, I could have gotten a better arrangement at a local grocery store for a fraction of the price. Not worth the money. Image 1 is what was delivered. Image 2 is what it was supposed to look like.

We recently visited a garden store where we bought some magnificent thujas. The store pleased us with a wide range of conifers, high quality planting material and attentive attitude of the staff.

I ORDERED A VOILET BASKET WITH BUTTERFLIES FOR A WAKE OF A COUSIN. IT LOOKED LIKE A PRETTY BASKET WITH A PURPLE RIBBON AND BOW OVER TOP WITH BUTTERFLIES ATTACHED TO THE RIBBON. THE VOILETS WERE PURPLE AND IN BLOOM. THE ARRANGEMENT SENT TO FUNERAL HOME WAS THE WORST ARRANGEMENT (COST $75.+) IN THE ROOM. THE BASKET WAS A CHEAP EASTER BASKET WITH A SKINNY RIBBON SPARSELY WRAPPED AROUND THE HANDLE, THE PLANTS WERE NOT VIOLET, BUT ONE HAD NO FLOWERS, THE OTHER ONE WAS PINK - THE BUTTERFLIES WERE STUCK INTO THE DIRT AND STOOD ABOVE THE ARRANGEMENT - IT WAS ACTUALLY AN EMBARASMENT…. LOOKED LIKE A 5 YR OLD PUT IT TOGETHER.

Honestly go anywhere else. They overcharge you like crazy on special occasions and they are never in the shop, although internet times says open and the open sign is illuminated. I do enjoy the $50 flowers w/ vase but you cant call yourself a business and operate like this.
