This owner was very rude to me over the phone, I suffered serious injuries from a MVA broken bones etc? I was unable to go to the location physically I asked for my vehicle to be released to a Auto Collision shop of my choice, and this man told me "Go rest" and hang up on me. This is my personal property I do not care how you feel about losing money for storage. I have to get the police involved to have my property released to me. He wouldn't even give the cost for the services of towing and storage that he provided thus far, very unprofessional and rude.

After a more well-known Long Island auto body shop was pushing me to go through insurance and telling me repairs were going to take over a week, I decided to try to get a quote from Simply The Best instead, and I've very glad I did. Jean was able to do the work on my car at a price point that worked for me, without going through insurance, and it came out great. Even better, he was able to do it to meet the tight timeline I had when I brought it to him. He was very personable, provided excellent customer service, called me as soon as the car was done, and did everything exactly as he said he would. Plus, the car looks awesome. I can't say more nice things about Jean - this place is really simply the best.
