Well anyone who owns a high end bmw x5 or x5 m knows how complicated these cars can be to work on , so i appreciate the techs @ bma excellente customer service on a big valve stem job, i just had them do for me .Now i have reset the clock on the x5 alittle longer since it has 100k miles on it and im trying to get another 100,000 plus from it but the only way to do that is by doing preventative maintenance. Hope this info helps someone that needs service from a great shop like BMA Specialists.

I had water accumulating in both of my rear fenders due to clogged drain plugs. The team at BMA identified the issue right away and cleared all of the drains. I was extremely happy with the service — everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The price was very reasonable, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still okay. I’ll definitely bring my car back for any future service. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I Had a great experience at BMA BMW Specialist in Deer Park. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly know BMWs inside and out. They explained everything , did excellent work and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. My car runs great and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended

I have taken my Audi A6 to Jose at BMA for servicing and repairs over the last few years and they have always done a great job. On this occasion Jose was able to help resolve a fairly obscure steering lock actuator issue, getting me back on the road quickly. He gave me options on how to address ensuring I didn't spend more than was needed. I love that there is always clear and straightforward communication. Thanks Jose!
