To my dismay something flew out of another car and hit mine. It was dark and happened so fast. I called my insurance (Allstate) and they were paired with a bunch of auto body shops. I chose CarStar initially because of their location to my house. Upon dealing with them, I would recommend to anybody. They were super accommodating. Very helpful and friendly. My car came back looking like nothing had happened to it. Beautiful work done, great customer service. 10/10 recommend

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf, which made everything stress-free. The quality of the repair was excellent! My car looks brand new, solid turnaround time and truly great customer service. Highly recommend!

I can now legally leave this review. My car was stolen OUT OF THEIR LOT. They left the keys to my car IN THE CAR AND UNLOCKED. People came and clipped their lock (and somehow they didn’t notice in the morning) and took my car. They didn’t even know it was missing until I came to try and pick it up. They were apparently uncooperative with police in getting the security footage to them. They also somehow found the 5 minutes worth of footage over a whole nights worth of footage in a manner of seconds. Very fishy over all. Sketchy place. Don’t bring your car here.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used the shop for repairs from collision. I was pleased with the work and the communication and the car was finished earlier than expected.
