We just went for the brunch. It was awesome. All you can eat lobster, clams, oysters, and giant shrimp. Food was great. The French toast was amazing. Never ate at a buffet that had such amazing French toast. The pancakes were better than most buffets. Service was great. I had a bloody mary and my wife had sangria. Both were great. We would definitely return. If you try to make online reservations and it says it's full. Call 5 Demayo directly. We did that and got right in.

My wife and I have been wanting to try this place since they opened. As soon as we stepped inside we noticed a quiet and large restaurant, the floors were a bit sticky which was weird but we didn't let that discourage us. When we were seated the place was completely empty which was also weird since it was 2pm but again we kept our hopes high. Upon looking at the menu we were taken back with the prices which were about $10 more per plate than a decent restaurant. Once again we said okay maybe the food is really good. Unfortunately once the food arrived we ordered chorizo and steak tacos. Both plates the meat tasted off as if the meat was past its expiration date and it was kept in the freezer for too long. The rice and beans were nothing to write home about. We both ate 1 taco and left the other 2 tacos on the plate because the taste just wasn't there. The plate comes with 3 tacos. So I'm usually easy going and flexible with reviews but with the high prices and cleanliness not 5 star. We have to rate this place 3 stars. Hopefully the drinks at the bar are better but we are not coming back to find out.

Excellent mojitos. My daughters ordered the chicken and the other one the bistec taco. They were both Excellent plates, full of flavor. My husband ordered the 5 de Mayo beef burrito and it was full of flavor also. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were well made but I wasn't a fan of the Chipotle mayo. Otherwise everything was yummy. My daughters had the flan and chocolate moose dessert and they were awsome.

We wanted to try a new place so we landed here. Walked in and were greeted with a smile. Ambiance was so so. Only 2 other tables were occupied on a Friday night. Chips and salsa came out. We munched on that as we picked our drinks and menu items. For my drink I requested a Mezcal drink and was surprised when they said they didn't have that. Secondly, we got our table side Guacamole. Waiter was being trained as he made it, but came out pretty good. Next food: We ordered skirt steak, trio enchiladas and chicken fajitas. All were decent. Chicken fajitas were on the dry side. Steak was chewy and chicken Enchiladas were lacking taste. Tons of hot sauce made the meal more enjoyable. French fries were cooked to perfection but again they carried no honey mustard for dipping - only ketchup available. Service here was good but maybe too attentive. Perhaps due to the lack of customers in the restaurants but waiters were standing all around, either staring at times or on their phones. All were professional and friendly in their dealings with customers. Lastly the price: It's expensive! Understandably, It's a steak house but near $200 for a family of 2 adults and 2 younger children is not our ideal night out.
