Anytime Plumbing is the best company I have dealt with. The lady on the phone knows the business very well, and is kind and understanding with the perspective clients. The plumber is professional & explains the problem and solution thoroughly, ready to answer our questions patiently. His work was done in a timely manner, and all clean-up was done complete by plumber. The charges for the work was acceptable & reasonable. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. It’s so hard to find an honest company with knowledgeable and professional staff. I strongly recommend Anytime Plumbing.

Woke up to water flowing down a basement wall. Called Any Time Plumbing. They were amazing. Marion arranged for Jimmy to come. He arrived quickly and made the repair. Very professional and pleasant. Had another call to answer so he left quickly. THANK YOU!

These plumbers are amazing. . They are my go to plumbers. They are thorough , clean , and their workmanship completely professional!! I do not mean to sound like advertisement but I genuinely want to express once you use them I’m confident you’ll agree. Worth every penny.

They charged me $500+ tax for adding 2 gallons of antifreeze!!
I’m leaving this review simply to share my experience and help others make an informed decision.
I called their service to inspect our plumbing because I was concerned there might be a leak. I wanted a professional assessment, and if an issue was found, I would have scheduled a repair.
They ended up charging $500+ for very little work! The visit mainly consisted of telling me to turn on the faucets and let the water run (something I already knew), and adding two gallons of antifreeze. Based on typical retail pricing, that antifreeze likely costs around $15–$20 per gallon.
I was told the service was $250 and the plumber could waive the service call for me. I was also told the company "could have charged $700-$800," along with repeated statements like "if your pipes burst, it could cost thousands to fix." I understand the risks of winter plumbing, but that kind of messaging felt more like pressure than professional guidance.
To my surprise the invoice was also misleading. It listed winterization for multiple areas, but the actual work performed was just adding antifreeze! When I asked for clarification on the pricing, the plumber became dismissive and told the company to block my account. He also said they consider customers like me a “one time customer,” which made it feel like they were not interested in being transparent or building a long term relationship.
For context, last year I paid under $300 for a similar inspection and a legitimate winterization, and the plumber even used an air compressor to blow water out of the lines. That was not done this time even I suggested.
I understand service calls cost money, especially in winter, and I’m willing to pay a fair rate. But based on what was actually done and the way my questions were handled, I can’t recommend this company.
