I ORDERED A VOILET BASKET WITH BUTTERFLIES FOR A WAKE OF A COUSIN. IT LOOKED LIKE A PRETTY BASKET WITH A PURPLE RIBBON AND BOW OVER TOP WITH BUTTERFLIES ATTACHED TO THE RIBBON. THE VOILETS WERE PURPLE AND IN BLOOM. THE ARRANGEMENT SENT TO FUNERAL HOME WAS THE WORST ARRANGEMENT (COST $75.+) IN THE ROOM. THE BASKET WAS A CHEAP EASTER BASKET WITH A SKINNY RIBBON SPARSELY WRAPPED AROUND THE HANDLE, THE PLANTS WERE NOT VIOLET, BUT ONE HAD NO FLOWERS, THE OTHER ONE WAS PINK - THE BUTTERFLIES WERE STUCK INTO THE DIRT AND STOOD ABOVE THE ARRANGEMENT - IT WAS ACTUALLY AN EMBARASMENT…. LOOKED LIKE A 5 YR OLD PUT IT TOGETHER.

I have been doing business with this florist for the past 6 years and they never disappoint. They know me by voice when I call and they know exactly what I need. I have excellent customer service and treat me like I'm special. They value their customers. They do a great job putting together beautiful arrangements for me when it's my wife's birthday, anniversary, Valentine's Day or just any day. I'm grateful to have a florist I can call when I need them!
Worst experience I have ever encountered with a florist. I send flowers every 2 weeks to my Mom in NY. Using 1800 flowers . Decided this time to use a local florist by her home and called Argyle florist. What a mistake. I ordered over the phone and even sent picture references of what I wanted. Just got a pic of what my sweet Mama was given and I am beyond embarrassed. I spent $60. on white carnations and a single yellow Gerber daisy. I asked for a Spring bouquet of pink and purple. And she got solid white cheap a@@ flowers. Shame on you Argyle florist.
Please go elsewhere. I ordered a spray for a wake. I originally looked on their web to pick out the flowers I wanted, but ended up calling in and speaking with Maria. She was very busy and not at all helpful. Nevertheless I moved forward being that it was the day before Thanksgiving and I didn't have many options. I added a banner to the spray to say beloved Brother and they put Beloved Uncle. When I called to let them know they made a very bad mistake at a wake for family, I was brushed off and was told I would receive a call back. I am still waiting. I know people make mistakes but I went over my order like 3 times because she was so flustered and busy. So disappointed, go elsewhere to a business that listens and accommodates their customers.
