So this was my 3rd time using this shop. Omar was very helpful in helping me submit my claim thru my insurance company. He's basically like a claims specialist because he was able to bring up concerns that the insurance overlooked. They did a great job in repairing my 2024 grand highlander. The paint match was exact and it looks as if it was never hit. I did notice that they offer 24/7 Towing and auto rentals, however I did not need it at the time. I was able to get my vehicle back in the time frame he estimated. Definitely recommend in the Deer Park // Suffolk County areas.

I am beyond thrilled with the work and service I received at AZ Elite Auto Body. My car came back looking brand new. Not only was the damage fixed, but they detailed my entire car as well! For the level of work and service provided, the price was amazing. If I ever need work done again, I know exactly where to go and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body services.

1. Kept me up to date with repair status as they worked with insurance company
2. Coordinated with insurance efficiently to expedite repairs and get my car ready to go in quick order.
3. Superb work on detailing and cleanliness of the vehicle.
4. Excellent coordination with BMW, saving me plenty of hassle by delivering the car straight to me rather than service center (with my approval of course!)
They gave me a hassle free experience which I am extremely grateful for!
