Dr. Jared Hertz is the most down to earth doctor I've ever had. I've had a hard time finding a doctor who actually listens, is easy to talk to, and isn't dismissive about my concerns. He's incredibly thorough and makes sure everything is addressed and that I leave with a clear plan. It's refreshing to have a doctor who treats you like a person and never comes off as uptight or rushed like many other doctors I've seen. Highly recommend him!

Doctors Howard and Jared Hertz are caring and wonderful physicans. The practice is great. In one location, they have all types of providers to help you with your total healthcare needs. I was able to see my PCP, cardiologist, get bloodwork and get a set of imaging tests all in one visit. This is vey unique in today's healthcare environment.

I love dr. Ryan who is caring and thorough. But wait is ridiculous. Every time I come it is a minimum wait of at least an hour. I have two kids and who works full time and takes care of my elderly 84 yr old dad who is wheelchair bound.
It is not fair to have patient wait over an hour especially when they are waiting with special needs kids. And then to ask them to leave the practice because they are expressing the wait time and my daughter was complaining.

It is genuinely unbelievable how difficult it it get a referral from these people. I’ve called begging for a referral 4 times already to no avail. Leaving a message does nothing, talking to a person does nothing
How can an office like this be this absolutely incompetent? I dread calling these people every time I need to because I know trying to get help from them is always an unnecessarily difficult task

Let me Start by saying I was never one to visit doctors regularly or even have a primary provider, except for annual physicals. However I started seeing NP Kristina, she has been absolutely amazing. Ease all my concerns and answered all my questions. She's very relatable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her and the practice to anyone seeking a professional, caring office.
