My family has been going to this practice for 30 years, and we have always received excellent care. PA Enbal’s expertise has caught extremely serious conditions twice and, without question, saved my husband’s life twice. Thank you Enbal!! She took the initiative to personally arrange for diagnostic tests and give referrals to excellent specialists. She is attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, and we always feel genuinely cared for when we see her.
We are also very grateful to the entire office staff, as well as Dr. Howard Hertz, Dr. Jared Hertz, and PA Ryan, who have also cared for us over the years. We highly recommend this practice.

After each and every visit over the past thirty years, I reflect on how fortunate my husband and I are to have Dr. Howard Hertz as our physician. Dr. Hertz is truly a compassionate person who shows genuine interest in all of our concerns. He has proven time and time again that he is an outstanding diagnostician. He identifies health issues clearly, explains them thoroughly, and works diligently to find the best possible solutions. Above all, he is committed to providing every patient with the highest standard of care. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful man to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.

Dr. Howard Hertz and his staff have always been caring and attentive to my medical needs. I can even go as far as to say that Dr. Howard Hertz has twice diagnosed medical conditions that has saved my life!
I've been going to Dr. Hertz and his staff for over 30 years. I also love that I can go 7 days a week if needed.

Thank you once again Doctor Hertz. For many years now my family has been cared for by Doctor Hertz and his team. Doctor Hertz has always shown respect ,compassion and reassurance to myself, family and many friends. His Team at Babylon Medical Practice will always work to get you that same day appointment you need when you’re sick ,hurting or injured. You don’t half to stress about waiting. Not many Doctors will do this. Doctor Hertz and BMP will. His practice also offers many tests and screenings on site which makes visits very convenient. I highly recommend Doctor Hertz and his team at BMP. A great caring Medical Practice.
Sincerely,
Brian Cullinane

It’s really unfortunate that I have to leave this review because I genuinely like having PA Ryan as my provider. However, the unprofessional and disorganized nature of this practice has reached a point where I simply can’t continue going here.
Nearly every issue I’ve experienced has involved the receptionist, Robert. He is consistently ill-tempered, dismissive, and frankly the most unpleasant person I’ve ever dealt with in a client-facing role. After multiple incidents, I’m done.
Here are just a few examples:
1) Insurance misinformation
I recently changed insurance and had two separate conversations with Robert confirming the practice accepted my plan. He reassured me multiple times that they did. I drove almost an hour to my appointment only to be told at check-in that they actually do NOT take my insurance. When staff called Robert, he claimed he “never told me that” and “doesn’t remember speaking with me.” Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time.
2) Billing issues and long waits
Despite the constant chaos and long waits (my appointment last week I waited an entire hour for a 9 AM appointment, the first appointment of the day, because no providers arrived until 10 AM), I returned because I value PA Ryan. At that visit, I was incorrectly charged a $100 deductible even after showing the front desk that my plan has no deductible. After countless calls and follow-ups with billing and management, no one ever gave me a straight answer. They simply refunded the $100 without explanation, which doesn’t solve the problem or give me confidence this won’t happen again/won't be a problem going forward. Their own billing manager told me she doesn't understand why Babylon Medical Practice just charges deductibles as a "just in case" and this is a problem amongst several patients.
3) Final straw – medical records
Today was the breaking point. I called Robert around 10:50 AM asking for a copy of my bloodwork that I had already reviewed in person with PA Ryan. He told me it wasn’t scanned digitally but would be in my physical file and said my parent could pick it up before noon since they were closing early. My dad arrived at 11:25 AM and was told they don't have the paperwork and that Robert “does this a lot," meaning misinforms patients. Staff said they couldn’t access my file, I couldn’t speak to whoever handles records, and there was no manager or provider available. I than spoke with Robert who claimed he “didn’t intend to misinform me.” Then, 15 minutes after my dad had already left, he called back to say he actually DID have my bloodwork and asked if my dad could “turn around.”
This level of disorganization is beyond frustrating and it’s careless. I’m honestly disappointed because I really value PA Ryan, but there are only so many mistakes and so little accountability a patient can tolerate. The administrative side of this practice is a disgusting mess. Even after several warning from other past patients who dealt with similar issues, I still stayed, but clearly that was a BIG mistake.
