She is attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, and we always feel genuinely cared for when we see her.

Dr. Howard Hertz and his staff have always been caring and attentive to my medical needs. I can even go as far as to say that Dr. Howard Hertz has twice diagnosed medical conditions that has saved my life!

His Team at Babylon Medical Practice will always work to get you that same day appointment you need when you’re sick ,hurting or injured. You don’t half to stress about waiting. Not many Doctors will do this. Doctor Hertz and BMP will. His practice also offers many tests and screenings on site which makes visits very convenient. Dr. Hertz and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I have been going here for well over 35 years. I feel that they genuinely care for me and the rest of their patients.
They listen to you, follow up, and make sure you are truly cared for in you needs. Dr Hertz is friendly, you can talk with him about any concern and he will listen. He has a smile and is never dismissive.
The PAs Enbal, and Ryan are lovely as well. This is a quality practice with quality people who care.
For anyone with questions about negative reviews, ask yourself, is this the Babylon Medical Practice or a disconnect with the patient and insurance carrier that gets put on the Medical staff?
As we say in the IT business, 9 times out of 10 the problem is between the keyboard and the chair!
