I've bought 2 bedroom sets from Mark my sons twin beds and a king size mattress with the bedroom set I've sent people and they always come back satisfied mark is a great business man he will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied i wont go anywhere else! One of my extensions on my bedroom set was cracked at the tip very minor i told him about it he ordered the piece it was on back order- 2 months later he still made a great effort to contact me made the arrangements for me to pick up in his store thank you mark you are the best pal

Bought my bed and dresser here nothing but good customer service, will definitely be making future purchases
Updating…… last purchase didn’t quite suit us the couch started to fall apart like a month after that purchase and the owner turned into a different person. I guess great customer services only comes when one is satisfied any dissatisfaction and it’s insults and attitudes. The issues was eventually fixed after much back and forth. My days of shopping here is unfortunately over.

The owner Mark was fantastic. Met me with no problem, got me exactly what I needed. I was in and out in a half hour with zero attempts to try and upsell me. I appreciate that. He even helped me tie it to the top of my truck. Excellent service all around. Highly recommended.

Mark was fantastic- this guy certainly knows his mattresses! I was able to describe to him what we wanted (a mattress with a lot of firm support but also comfortable that didn't make us hot at night) and he delivered the perfect mattress for me and my partner. Its been just over a week and we both agree- we have never slept better! We also purchased a captains bed frame and are super pleased with it as well- love the functionality and looks great in our home. His communication was fantastic as we were coordinating this all from a distance. From my first call with Mark to after delivery and set-up- we felt totally taken care of.

The first day he was so nice and welcoming, after we both the bedroom with the sets that included the mattress too, we got home and my daughter slept at night the mattress was bad, I called him and he said he’ll exchange it, the next day I took the mattress on the top of my car drove for 20 minutes and this guy wants us to pay $250 or $300 to get another one.
I asked for a refund he didn’t give me the refund. Even tho he didn’t it at the beginning. He completely changed after we paid. It was unreal. I wanted to introduce this store to other friends and relatives but after his horrible attitude I would never.
