I was extremely happy with the service — everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The price was very reasonable, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still okay. I’ll definitely bring my car back for any future service. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Looking for affordable, trustworthy, responsive and communicative auto repair services is hard and daunting, especially as a young woman. Luckily, I had a great experience at BMA Specialists with my Mercedes that needed a thermostat change. They charges significantly lower than the dealership which was overpriced.
They checked in and everyone there, especially the receptionist/office manager woman, was extremely kind and helpful.
Highly recommend.

The team at BMA addressed the issue on my car quickly and at a fair price. It was a pleasure working with people who are pleasant as well as proficient. They responded to any questions I had quickly and were able to get my car into their shop right away. Should I need any additional services I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

So I have a 2010 760LI.....V12and you KNOW the V12s need special knowledge AND care. Mr. Hose and his crew have been PHENOMINAL, taking care of EVERY issue I have presented them with. My car being a V12 usually scares mechanics but BMA has won my trust. The first job they had with my 760 wad a BIG one and they did goid by me. I endorse them 100% !!!!!
