Looking for affordable, trustworthy, responsive and communicative auto repair services is hard and daunting, especially as a young woman. Luckily, I had a great experience at BMA Specialists with my Mercedes that needed a thermostat change. They charges significantly lower than the dealership which was overpriced.
They checked in and everyone there, especially the receptionist/office manager woman, was extremely kind and helpful.
Highly recommend.

I am able to do a lot of work on my own cars but there comes a time when you need real help like a diagnosis otherwise you'd be throwing money at the car so this was my first experience with BMA and it was awesome they got it right the first time I did suspect it was the IVM module but they confirmed it car is running awesome whenever I need help with coding diagnosis etc I will be in touch with them they are excellent with the foreign cars Thank you so much guys appreciate it cause running good it even picks some issues I was having with the fans on the heat they're working now too Thanks again I'll be in touch

I have driven past this shop for ages, after experiencing one too many negative dealer experiences. I decided to find a trusted bmw shop. BMA came up in my search and the reviews were great. I spoke with a friend of mine that is a mechanic and he had positive things to say. I was able to make an appointment quickly. The service of oil, inspection and check the brakes was performed and properly priced. Staff was on point, while I was waiting, the young staff member asked if I would like a coffee. Will be returning and recommend to anyone looking for a shop

I have a BMW Activehybrid 3. A rare model of the BMW, the only hands that work with my car are the Hands of Jose nad his experts. Fast, ethics and honest- the cherry on top of the cake? They are the mech shop that less expensive they have charged since I have that car. They are my #1 mech shop.

Used these guys was recommended by family member, I would check your car BEFORE pulling away, coolant cap was left off, I drove all the way home and checked and found it was off and left on front of my engine, they are pretty pricey too and not that eager to get to your car, if you have a good bmw mechanic you’ve been using just stick w them.
