I had water accumulating in both of my rear fenders due to clogged drain plugs. The team at BMA identified the issue right away and cleared all of the drains. I was extremely happy with the service — everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The price was very reasonable, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still okay. I’ll definitely bring my car back for any future service. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I Had a great experience at BMA BMW Specialist in Deer Park. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly know BMWs inside and out. They explained everything , did excellent work and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. My car runs great and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended

I have taken my Audi A6 to Jose at BMA for servicing and repairs over the last few years and they have always done a great job. On this occasion Jose was able to help resolve a fairly obscure steering lock actuator issue, getting me back on the road quickly. He gave me options on how to address ensuring I didn't spend more than was needed. I love that there is always clear and straightforward communication. Thanks Jose!

I am able to do a lot of work on my own cars but there comes a time when you need real help like a diagnosis otherwise you'd be throwing money at the car so this was my first experience with BMA and it was awesome they got it right the first time I did suspect it was the IVM module but they confirmed it car is running awesome whenever I need help with coding diagnosis etc I will be in touch with them they are excellent with the foreign cars Thank you so much guys appreciate it cause running good it even picks some issues I was having with the fans on the heat they're working now too Thanks again I'll be in touch

The team at BMA addressed the issue on my car quickly and at a fair price. It was a pleasure working with people who are pleasant as well as proficient. They responded to any questions I had quickly and were able to get my car into their shop right away. Should I need any additional services I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
