Disappointed. Wings and fries were old. I asked the server for new ones as you can clearly see they were dry and old. They brought new ones out and they were worse. Then they brought us new French fries and those were better. It’s not my first time here this was unacceptable.

This place have a huge parking lot!!! They also just paved it too!!!! If you come during lunch or dinner or during there BOGO you wait a good 15 minutes or more to park unless you park real far away!!! Walk in and they will let you pick your own seat !!! Put every time you go there you wait a good 15 or more for some one to help you with your order!!!! Order drinks and it will take another 15 minutes!?!? Wait another 10 minutes to order food and if you order appetizers you going to wait another 15 minutes to 30 minutes and then you most likely get your main course before your appetizers lol!!!! The wings almost 88% of the time will come over fried and hard as rocks or like eating chicken jerky!!!! They do love to have the air conditioner, freezing cold inside lol!!!!! All the workers there are great people there just things take super long there!!!!! Haha!!!

The service is terrible. I called to place an order for pickup. What was supposed to be 20mins ended up being over an hour. I asked the young boy at the desk for a manger, he refused to get a manger & asked if I wanted a refund. Finally I see a manger the short bald guy, when I tried to explain what was going on he cuts me off saying what do I want to do about it. 15 mini my order comes out wrong the manger never comes back over to me. I asked for the manger again and he never comes. The employees & manager all need to be retrained or replaced.

Ben’s service was incredibly professional and dedicated, leaving us very satisfied. As regular customers of BWW, we understand that staff shortages can sometimes affect service quality, but Ben’s performance truly stood out. He was friendly and attentive, making us feel valued. While the food and drinks at BWW are consistent and average, the key to winning over customers lies in the quality of service, and Ben absolutely excelled in this regard!

I order a chicken sandwich w/ buffalo dry rub on the side.. I get two chicken tenders on a bun with a tiny splash of mayo on it. Highly disappointed by this, clearly you can see who ever made this DID NOT CARE.
Sidenote: I order this chicken sandwich in person at this location, it was amazing. But this is just rude and inconsiderate.
I order this on the company website and I don’t think I can even get a refund for this disgrace.
Another sidenote: the buffalo dry rub I order on the side ( was going to sprinkle it over the chicken) was never in the bag.
If I wanted chicken tenders I would’ve ordered that but I wanted what was advertised on their website and on their menu.
