This place have a huge parking lot!!! They also just paved it too!!!! If you come during lunch or dinner or during there BOGO you wait a good 15 minutes or more to park unless you park real far away!!! Walk in and they will let you pick your own seat !!! Put every time you go there you wait a good 15 or more for some one to help you with your order!!!! Order drinks and it will take another 15 minutes!?!? Wait another 10 minutes to order food and if you order appetizers you going to wait another 15 minutes to 30 minutes and then you most likely get your main course before your appetizers lol!!!! The wings almost 88% of the time will come over fried and hard as rocks or like eating chicken jerky!!!! They do love to have the air conditioner, freezing cold inside lol!!!!! All the workers there are great people there just things take super long there!!!!! Haha!!!

I order a chicken sandwich w/ buffalo dry rub on the side.. I get two chicken tenders on a bun with a tiny splash of mayo on it. Highly disappointed by this, clearly you can see who ever made this DID NOT CARE.
Sidenote: I order this chicken sandwich in person at this location, it was amazing. But this is just rude and inconsiderate.
I order this on the company website and I don’t think I can even get a refund for this disgrace.
Another sidenote: the buffalo dry rub I order on the side ( was going to sprinkle it over the chicken) was never in the bag.
If I wanted chicken tenders I would’ve ordered that but I wanted what was advertised on their website and on their menu.

I was with a group of 6 and there must’ve only been 10 other people in the whole place. The waiter came around once every half an hour. When we finally got ahold of the waiter, I asked for another round of waters for the table and we never received the waters at all. My one friend ordered food and a beer and he never received his beer until an hour after his food and that’s only because he got up and found the waiter and reported the problem. My other friend ordered food and he didn’t receive his food until an hour and a half after he placed the order. Very slow and very unprofessional. For it being completely dead inside the restaurant, the waiter never came to check on us or our problems. My other friend ordered wings to go and that took almost an hour too. Another problem I have is they had NBC news on half the TVs in the place. The motto is “wings, beer, sports” not wings, beer, politics. Not to mention the absolute disgusting bathrooms. There was gum and food inside the urinals and the sink. I had to wash my hands while looking at bacon bits in the sink. Just a terrible experience. I would give this place a zero if I could. Never coming back here ever again.

Sat in bar area as there were a bunch of folks waiting for tables in Main section. "Don't know why as half the tables were empty?" Great view of 4 different playoff/baseball games.
Waiter was very nice. Wings great as usual. Tried the cheese curds. Small portion but were very tasty. High tables were rickety. Almost lost my drink 2x. Table next to us was no better. Wound up getting down on my hands and knees to stack a bunch of napkins under the legs to stabilize it. Manager needs to address this issue before someone gets a drink in their lap.

I think I'm officially done with Buffalo wild wings! We were handed filthy menus. There was dried up food all over them, which tells you that they don't wipe them down. The food took way too for a place that was empty. When the food arrived, it was cold, and the utensils had food them. We had to get replacement utensils! The only positive thing was the waitress.
