The host didn't greet me, it's like he wanted to fight with me. At the end of my transaction the host again didn't say anything. Well they need to understand business, learn about it, before they do any business here in America. Show people that you love what you are doing and you want them back in your shop that's all.

I quit on this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! No matter who is behind the counter, I've experienced nothing but rudeness. Not to mention they are SLOW!!!! No sense of urgency, even with people lined up. I've given them too many chances. Food is good, I'll honestly say but it ain't worth the price, especially after being treated poorly. A smile cost nothing , a hello cost nothing

Came in craving authentic Haitian food. It’s hard to find here in Long Island. But when we walked in, we were completely ignored by staff. Did not even want to take my mom’s order. They just wanted to chitchat amongst themselves. We left as soon as we saw the vibes. Disrespectful and the food even looked undesirable. I will not be back unless they step their cookies up!

Staff say that Lalo is their best selling dish because “it is not easy to make at home”. It is made from Jute leaves, fresh crab and beef. The dish is only sold on weekends and costs $ 18 for a medium serving and $ 20 for a large. ATTENTION VEGANS: jute leaves are antioxidants that are high in protein. They also have many health benefits including the regulation of blood pressure and cholesterol. They are on sale as “Mulokhia” for $10 a box. I am giving this deli three stars because the interior could use a renovation. It looks “old” in there.
