My car insurance sent me here. Worst decision I have made in my life. Poor communication from car shop did not repair my vehicle fully, I was rear ended in a car accident and this shop was to fix and repair damages and they did just the opposite. My car came back with water damages from sitting in the car shop parking lot for months and Shop kept ordering used backlight parts that did not work after several attempts to get my vehicle fixed. They Gave me the runaround and put blame on the car insurance and pocketed Insurance money and left my car with backlight damages and water damages. Please, anyone who values their vehicle and values good customer service. Please do not come to the shop and save your hard earned time and money.

Great experience working with CARSTAR Island Automotive & Collision. I had a minor accident and CARSTAR was one of the recommended auto body shops. They were easy to work with to coordinate drop off, Amber welcomed me to the shop, and Pete explained what needed to be done. The process was seamless.

My car was brought to carstar for 3rd party collision repairs. They have great availability and kept me updated on the process. Fortunately, My car was repaired in a very timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend this company if you are looking to do any auto repairs.

I recently had my car repaired at Car Star in Deer Park. They did the repair in a timely manner at a fair price and kept me informed by text as the repair was progressing. I am pleased with how the repair turned out and would recommend them if you find yourself in need of the services of a body shop after a collision.
