Was highly dissapointing. The skirt steak and onions were nowhere near worth the money. Luke warm, flavorless and just didn’t hit any of the marks. My rice also had that underlying burnt taste. Not sure why they’d serve it to me as if I wouldn’t know any better. Obviously this lead to it being dry on top of flavorless. Beans? Also lacked flavor. Got chicharron that’s not pictured and that was dry as well. I don’t understand. I’m 100% sure they don’t cook like this for themselves at home. If so, they do their culture a disservice. Honestly just wanted a nice Dominican spot to sit down at and have good food. The place is nice, the food was just really bad. It’s been a disaster finding good Spanish food out here because these people cater to those who lack taste buds, not for their fellow Latinos/latinas. And this place is no different. Not worth the time, drive and especially not worth the money.

I was disappointed. The rice and beans, el Moro, maduro, el salmon and los totones were a highlight, but the steaks fell short. The skirt steak lacked seasoning, and the steak (bistec encebollado) had too much fat, giving it a chewy texture. The chicken was also not up to par. To make matters worse, my drink was off, and I had to order a new one. What really sealed the deal was that our waiter seemed aware of the issues, but didn't lift a finger to address them or offer any solutions. For the high price we paid, we expected better quality and attentive service.

We had reservation for a group of 10 people. The restaurant was busy. The service was slow. Took long for the food to come out. When the food came out most of the dishes were cold. BUT The food was delicious and plenty.
Would definitely go again on a less busy day. Our Server was very nice but because it was busy he barely came to check on us.

I’ve been to Casa de Campo 3 times now and each time has gotten better and better. My favorite dishes are the pork chops and the shrimp mofongo. The cocktails are very well made - I actually love their lychee martini and the sangria. I sat at the bar last time I was there and was taken care of by Lisa who is so sweet and attentive. I will definitely continue to visit and recommend to anyone looking for delicious and authentic Dominican food.

One of the best Dominican spot I’ve been to! Ridiculously large portions, we usually get full with just appetizers. Awesome staff, great food, and decent drinks. Please don’t change!
