Anna takes the time to really explain the details of the home buying process, which put our minds at ease. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and answered questions quickly and went above and beyond. I have already, and will continue to recommend Anna to friends and family members because I know she cares about her clients. Her associate, Kelly was also extremely helpful and flexible with showing us properties at time that worked with our schedules.
Update: If I could give 6 stars I would. Anna and Kelly continue to check in to help us, as first time homebuyers, navigate any unanticipated instances as well as enrolling in the NYS STAR program. I truly believe Anna may be a miracle worker with the ease at which she has resolved matters for us!
