Walked into Century 21 after feeling frustrated looking for an apartment on my own. As soon as i walked in i felt like Mary really cared and wanted the best for me. After i left i received a call within an hour of few different options of apartments that meet my checklist. Thank You Mary

I implore folks who are seeking honest feedback about Mary Adams and Century 21 to examine the reviewing history of those who left 1 star reviews and nasty comments. It doesn’t take an Inspector Gadget level of sleuthing skills to see those reviewers are neither actual clients nor residents of Long Island. It appears as if many have fallen prey to misinformation shared on social media via TikTok and Facebook by one or more individuals who have never worked with Ms. Adams in this capacity and have formed opinions about her separate from the scope of her work in real estate.
Here is an actual review from an actual client:
Since 2015, Mary Adams has sold three properties either for me or for members of my immediate family, and she served as my buyer’s agent when I purchased my second home in 2016. Not only have I found her to be sweet, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, she had also been an unrelenting advocate for me as I am sure she is for all of her clients. My second real estate transaction was tricky and involved a minor dispute between the sellers and myself. Mary helped to mediate the situation so that a fair outcome could be reached. I would not for one second hesitate to work with her again.
