Ezekiel and Cory were very professional—they showed up on time, wore shoe covers, and were very courteous and thorough with their work. My HVAC system was originally installed by another contractor who didn’t do the best job, but Ezekiel and Cory took care of the problems right away and made sure everything worked properly. They also ordered a new part for something they couldn’t fix right then, and set up another appointment for me. I will definitely ask for them again! Overall, this HVAC company has been great to work with. When my boiler broke in the winter, they came out the same day, ordered a replacement, and had it installed within a few days. Their prices are fair and setting up appointments is simple. The only thing I noticed is they use several different phone numbers and their email address is a little confusing, but everything else has been excellent.

Woke up in the morning to find my furnace wasn’t working and there was a burning smell in the house. I called Climate Masters Heating & Air Conditioning to check it out. Roman came over and found that my secondary heat exchanger was damaged along with a few other parts. He explained that replacing the whole system would be more cost effective than just repairing it. He gave me two quotes for new systems with different energy efficiency ratings, both seemed reasonable. Like most people, I wanted to compare prices before making a big investment, so I called another company for a second opinion. After talking it over, they actually agreed with the diagnosis and also suggested a new system. Their price was a little lower for the same energy rating and output, and they were able to send a crew the very next morning to install everything. The installation was quick and professional. After almost a year with my new all-electric heating system (including a Daikin heat pump and electric backup), I’m completely satisfied and have noticed real savings on my energy bills. I also got a smart thermostat that lets the furnace company check for any problems remotely, which is really handy since I live in a townhouse in West Babylon. When I was choosing my new system, Cory was extremely patient and walked me through all my options, answering every question and making sure I understood what would work best for me. He really knows his stuff and always provided honest, helpful advice. At first, I thought I’d need a combination heat pump and backup furnace, but after talking things through, I went fully electric. we had our furnace installed a while back and have used this company for regular maintenance. today, the furnace wouldn't turn on and the thermostat was blank. we didn't realize it just needed new batteries and a little time to reset. cory took the time to help us figure it out over the phone instead of making us wait for a house call. really appreciate how they take care of their customers and don't try to sell you extra stuff. highly recommend them for any furnace repair or service!
