Roman helped me when a capacitor went out on my AC, did a furnace tune-up, and even rebuilt a furnace motor for me. Ezekiel, my service technician, arrived right on time and was very helpful while inspecting and diagnosing my AC unit. Although my system is quite old, he offered valuable tips and things to keep an eye on. He replaced the capacitor, and the total charge was $301. While this seemed a bit high for a $65 part, it only took him about 10 minutes to finish the job. I later called the office and spoke to Cory, who kindly explained the flat fee structure. Even though I had agreed to the price and signed with Ezekiel, Cory was professional and offered me a nice discount. I really appreciated this, and I look forward to working with them again.

i had a full breakdown of my old heater and furnace in west babylon, and roman was the first to come out. he gave me excellent service, good advice, and really helped me understand what had gone wrong with my heating system better than anyone before. i got a clear estimate for a brand new unit the next day, and i appreciated that they didn’t just try to do expensive temporary fixes. it felt like a very honest experience. cory arrived on time the following day, very professional, and explained all my options in a way that was easy for me to follow. he also gave me some smart suggestions for my home. when the team came out within two days, i felt confident in their process and knew what to expect at every step. ezekiel and his team worked hard to remove the old heater from my attic and started installing the new one right away. they took time to explain each step of their work and made sure the outside unit was set up correctly. everyone made sure the job was done right and the new heater worked perfectly. i was really happy with the whole experience and the great team that fixed my heater. high praise!

My heater started acting up and stopped working right before winter. After getting opinions from three different places, they all said it needed to be replaced. I called one last company for an estimate, and I saved the best for last. Ezekiel was professional and provided upfront, fair pricing without trying to upsell any extra equipment. He really knows a lot about HVAC and A/C systems. After his visit, I felt well-informed about my options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. He let me take my time to decide without any pressure. I ended up upgrading my standard efficiency furnace to a high efficiency one, and I'm thrilled I did. My natural gas bills have decreased significantly, and I’ve gone from being one of the highest users in the neighborhood to one of the lowest, according to my energy report card. Ezekiel and his team did an excellent job with the installation. I'm very particular about how things look, especially since my house is stucco, which can be tricky for installers. After the work was completed, I inspected the area and couldn't find anything to complain about. The job was done neatly, and I was really impressed. The new PVC piping in the basement looks great too. They just connected the A/C today. There was ice and snow on the ground when it was installed, so it couldn’t be fully hooked up right away. Ezekiel mentioned he would call back in May to finish the setup, and he did exactly that during the first week of May. I'm really impressed with the quality of work and fair pricing. It’s such a relief to find a heating and cooling company I can trust. Plus, they handle all the rebate paperwork for you, so as a homeowner, you just wait for the check to arrive in the mail.
