From start to finish, they really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect with my new furnace. When I first reached out for a quote, Cory, the estimator, took the time to actually look at my old system and listened to what I wanted—especially getting rid of our old oil furnace and removing the bulky oil tank. Cory was the only one who gave me a clear plan to meet my goals, and their price was much better than the other companies I spoke with. On installation day, Ezekiel and Roman, the technicians, arrived right on time. They were polite, friendly, and very professional. They made sure to protect my carpet by laying down plastic, explained everything they were going to do, answered all my questions, and even respected my request for them to wear masks. I work from home, and they did their best to keep the noise down so I could get my job done while they worked. Because it gets so cold here, I was relieved that they made sure we had heat before leaving for the day. The installation went smoothly, and afterwards, they followed up with me to make sure I was happy with everything. They even stopped by with a small box of cookies as a thank you, which was a nice touch. My new furnace has been running quietly and keeps the house at a steady, comfortable temperature, way better than the old system. Plus, it's great not having that oil smell anymore, and I have more space in my utility room now that the tank is gone. We have received excellent service every time we've needed heater repair or replacement at our home. This time, our heater broke down right before a cold weekend in West Babylon, and we were worried about being uncomfortable without heat. To our surprise, the technician, roman, was able to find a new heater and install it for us in less than a day, which was amazing! i recently needed heater repair in west babylon when my furnace stopped working on a cold night. i called the emergency after-hours number and a technician named cory arrived at my house in about 35 minutes. cory was very friendly, explained exactly what was wrong, and showed me the part that had failed. although the part wasn’t in stock at the shop that night, cory was able to get the furnace running just enough to keep my house warm until morning. the next day, they called first thing, came over quickly, and installed the new part to get the heat fully back on. i really appreciate their fast, honest service and fair prices—no unnecessary upselling. highly recommend them for heater repair!

roman and his team did an amazing job fixing my furnace! when i tried to turn on the heat in my house here in west babylon, nothing happened. after looking up a lot of reviews, i decided to call this local company because everyone seemed happy with their service and they really had that small business feel. roman and his crew showed up just to check out my old furnace and took some time to do a few diagnostic checks. they found that the old system was done for, but roman still tried his best to see if it could be fixed. since the furnace was pretty old and had already lasted a long time, i agreed with his suggestion to replace it. roman gave me a fair price to replace the blower motor, ignition system, and a couple of other important parts. he also gave us a few options for installation dates, which was really helpful. on the day we picked, roman and his crew arrived right on time at 9:30. they worked together quickly and got everything installed, tested, and even took away the old furnace parts. by 11:30, they were finished and the new system was running great. these guys are fast, do quality work, and use good products. i highly recommend them to anyone in west babylon who needs furnace repair or a new heating system!

A while back, we had our old 16-year-old heat pump in West Babylon fixed by this company, and they helped us get a few more years out of it with a budget-friendly compressor replacement. When it finally stopped working, Cory and Roman stepped in and replaced our outdated system with a top-notch 5-ton Bosch 15 SEER2 Energy Star heat pump, which even qualifies for a federal tax credit. The new unit is impressive—it's able to diagnose issues and show the freon pressure without needing to hook up extra hoses. Cory and Roman did an outstanding job with the installation. Their work was careful, and every part of the system was put in professionally. We had another AC company say they’d need to remove our attic ladder to get the air handler upstairs, but Cory and Roman managed to take apart the Bosch unit and get it up there with no trouble, and without removing the ladder. After a week of running the new system, Cory came back to check on everything and made sure it was working perfectly. We will definitely call them again if we need any AC or heat pump service in the future. Cory really knows his stuff and pays attention to your heating and cooling needs. Ezekiel in the office also kept us updated every step of the way. If you’re in West Babylon and need AC repair or a new heat pump, I highly recommend getting the smarter Bosch unit and calling this team!
