After we agreed to the quote, someone got in touch with us to schedule the repair and see if we had any questions. Woke up in the morning to find my furnace wasn’t working and there was a burning smell in the house. I called Climate Masters Heating & Air Conditioning to check it out. Roman came over and found that my secondary heat exchanger was damaged along with a few other parts. He explained that replacing the whole system would be more cost effective than just repairing it. He gave me two quotes for new systems with different energy efficiency ratings, both seemed reasonable. Like most people, I wanted to compare prices before making a big investment, so I called another company for a second opinion. After talking it over, they actually agreed with the diagnosis and also suggested a new system. Their price was a little lower for the same energy rating and output, and they were able to send a crew the very next morning to install everything. The installation was quick and professional.
