Jimmy and Regina were easy to work with, very responsive, and had a crew that provided great workmanship. During the construction of a new powder room in our basement, they handled issues well and communicated great so we could make proper decisions before any mistakes were miscommunications could occur. The crew was also extremely clean, responsible and respectful.

They helped me brainstorm the perfect layout for our upstairs family room, making the whole renovation feel stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that provides such thoughtful input. I tried sanding my floors myself. Fail, fail. I called this company and they finished my floors in the dining room and kitchen. To say I am happy with my floors is an understatement. I wanted my floors back to the original because it brings me good memories of when I was younger. You can't go wrong with this company. I am going to definitely use them for other projects.

I needed some work done on the floors of my new home, and a friend had suggested Custom Design for the task. They ended up doing a fantastic job. The price was right, and the staff was professional and swift in their work. I would definitely hire Custom Design again for future projects.

I needed a doggie door put in and Jimmy was there the very next day! Their work was quick and clean! They even installed a step outside my door so that my dog didn’t have to overextend herself. They were very caring (both for their work and for my dog)! Would definitely recommend for any job big or small.
